Four tiers, clear differences
Basic — £29/month
Designed for childminders and micro settings with up to 20 children. You get core functionality: child and staff management, registers, attendance, basic invoicing, and standard reports. Everything works on mobile. It's a solid foundation for small operations.
Standard — £99/month
For single nurseries with up to 100 children. Everything in Basic, plus: parent portal access so families can see updates and pay invoices, UK funding engine for calculating funded hours, payment gateway integration, observations and learning journeys, and EYFS framework support including Two-Year Progress Checks. This is our most popular tier.
Premium — £249/month
For nursery groups running up to 10 settings with up to 500 children. Everything in Standard, plus: multi-setting dashboards for group-level visibility, custom report builder for tailored analytics, AI-powered insights for spotting patterns and anomalies, advanced automation workflows, and open banking integration for payment reconciliation. Priority email support included.
Enterprise — Custom pricing
For large groups with complex needs. Unlimited nurseries, unlimited children, unlimited users. Everything in Premium, plus: B2B API access for integrating with your other systems, SAML SSO for enterprise identity management, HR and payroll system connectors, dedicated account manager, custom integrations, and priority support.
What's not included
All prices exclude VAT. There are no per-child charges within your tier limits. If you approach your limits, we'll have a conversation about upgrading rather than automatically charging overage fees.
